1:35 British Paramedic Set is a figure set in 1:35 scale from PANZER ART with a British medical theme.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set closes the medical subseries that PANZER ART keeps in 1:35 scale alongside the separate figures. The word Set means a multi-part offering meant to give the modeler a whole scene together; the exact composition of the package, however, is not in the name, so it is not stated here either.
A scene of treatment belongs among the themes that stop a viewer for longer than lined-up hardware. It has a distinct center of gravity: the figures relate to one another and the viewer's eye travels between them. For a diorama from the battlefield of northwestern Europe it is a rewarding way of completing vehicles with a human dimension. It pays at the same time to build the group from the lowest figure, because it is precisely that one which sets the height of the terrain under the whole scene.
Before you reach for the glue, lay the figures out dry on the base and look for the angle from which the gesture of each one is legible. Only then fix the positions. Carry out the painting on the individual figures separately and join them at the close with a common glaze and dusting of the lower parts, so that the scene comes across as one whole and not as an assemblage. The base tunes better in a muted tone that does not shout the figures down.
The set is sold unpainted and its effect is completed only by your palette.
