A set of figures of British soldiers of the First World War period in 1:35 scale. A trench scene lives on figures: without them muddy terrain with crates and pieces of wood stays a mere heap of soil. A group of figures also lets you tell a story that a single figure cannot carry, because the soldiers create a relationship among themselves. The number 2 tells this set apart within the line.
These are figures for a diorama or for hardware in the same scale. The 1:35 scale carries fine painting of a face and shading of fabric and is widespread enough that terrain accessories, bases and display cases for it are easy to find.
Cut any excess material away a little distance from the part with a sharp blade and sand the remainder. Wash and degrease the parts before painting. Choose the glue to match the material of the parts: liquid modeling cement for polystyrene, cyanoacrylate for parts of other materials. The woolen uniforms of the period are matte, so they come out better through work with light and shadow than through saturated color. Think the stances out in advance: a group looks natural only once the figures are not all looking the same way. The assembly procedure is described in the manufacturer's instructions.
Paints and glue are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
