British tank crew in Afghanistan No.2 (1:35) is a resin set of figures of a British tank crew from the deployment in Afghanistan, from Black Dog.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set holds resin figures of a British tank crew in modern uniforms, to be assembled and painted. It serves to bring a diorama or a scene with British armored hardware from the operations in Afghanistan to life; it is not a model of the vehicle.
The British armored units deployed in Afghanistan used modern camouflage uniforms with body armor, tank helmets and personal weapons. The figures capture the typical poses of a crew, for example at a turret hatch or beside the vehicle during an operation.
Before building, wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and clean up the parting lines. Glue the resin with cyanoacrylate glue, and sand with your airways protected. We recommend an acrylic base coat and painting in modern desert camouflage; bring out the detail of the uniform and the equipment with oils or washes.
It is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
