The second set of construction worker figures in 1:35 scale, with seven pieces. It follows on from the first part of the line, so the two sets can be joined into a larger scene in which the figures do not repeat. The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The greatest mistake when filling a diorama is to line the figures up so that they are all doing the same thing. It therefore pays to combine several sets: one group works, one rests, one man points somewhere. The scene gains action and the viewer's eye travels across it instead of stopping at the first figure. That is exactly what the successive parts of the same line are for.
Wash the figures in lukewarm water with detergent and let them dry. Cut the remnants left from production away with a fresh blade and level the area off, and protect your breathing while sanding. Paint the clothing in muted tones with a few saturated accents. Build the skin up from a darker base toward the light in thin coats. Lay the figures out dry in the scene beforehand and check whether their lines of sight converge anywhere.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted, and the paints and the glue are not included in the package.
