A resin accessory from the Czech manufacturer Black Dog meant for models of the German StuG III Ausf. C/D assault gun in 1:35 scale. The faithfully cast tarpaulin with natural folds brings a model to life and covers part of the hull or the kit the way real crews did.
The StuG III Ausf. C/D were among the early versions of the German assault gun built on the chassis of the Panzer III tank. They served as infantry support with a short-barreled gun; tarpaulins and tarps were commonly used to cover both stowage and crew.
Wash the part to get rid of the remains of the mold release agent, cut the casting block off and sand it back with your airways protected. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The tarpaulin stands out once painted with transitions of color and the folds brought out with a dry brush and a wash.
This is an accessory resin part, not a complete model of a vehicle. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
