Matho Models 1:35 cardboard boxes - coffee is a printed sheet of fold-up boxes with coffee packaging graphics for civilian and supply scenes in 1:35 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A sheet of printed fold-up boxes from Matho Models, this time with the full-color graphics of coffee packaging. You cut the flattened shells of the boxes out of the sheet, fold them along the marked edges and glue them into three-dimensional miniatures. The result is small 1:35 props that convincingly imitate shipping cartons of goods and bring a piece of everyday civilian life into a diorama or a vignette.
Boxes of coffee are made for subjects around shops and supply: a cafe or bistro, the shelves and stockroom of a shop, a loading dock with pallets, the bed of a van or a marketplace. They work in modern scenes as well as in subjects from the second half of the twentieth century. Cut the shells with a sharp knife against a steel ruler, score the edges with the blunt side of the blade before folding and glue with a small amount of PVA; super glue soaks through paper. Stacks of boxes look best when you turn them slightly out of line and mix in an open or crumpled box. A fine coat of dust pigment or a brownish wash around the lower edges visually settles the print into the scene and tones down the newness of clean paper.
This is a printed diorama accessory, not a model kit. The boxes are supplied unfolded on a sheet; the knife, the ruler and the glue are not included in the package.
