1:35 Cargo (6 pcs.) from Black Dog is a set of cargo for 1:35 scale: items with which the bed of a vehicle or a corner of a scene is filled.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set 1:35 Cargo (6 pcs.) belongs among the small accessories that are installed on a model already built or into a diorama. It is not a kit of a vehicle or a base; these are separate pieces of cargo with which a scene is settled in and gains a story.
An empty cargo bed acts lifelessly at a show and gives away at once that the machine never went anywhere. Loaded pieces fill the volume out, create shadow and force the viewer to stop at a detail. They work just as well away from a vehicle, stacked by a wall, under a tarpaulin, or as a boundary between figures that leads the eye across the scene. The kind of goods chosen moreover hints to the viewer what the crew was busy with.
Try the arrangement out first with the pieces laid loose and look for irregularity; cargo lined up symmetrically looks unnatural. Paint wood from a mid brown, draw the grain out with a thin brush and unify it with a glaze. Set the metal and canvas pieces apart by richness and by gloss alike. Finally add rubbing in the places where cargo is handled, that is on the edges and the corners.
You paint the set according to a scene of your own; paints and glue are not in it.
