This set brings a collection of detail parts for the German heavy tank destroyer Jagdtiger in 1:35 scale, for vehicles with Porsche as well as Henschel running gear from the period of September to November 1944. The package is enough for two vehicles. The parts are made by Elefant using 3D printing and resin casting. This is not a vehicle model but a detail accessory for a build.
The Jagdtiger was the heaviest series-produced tank destroyer of the Second World War, armed with a massive 128 mm gun. It existed with two types of running gear, Porsche and Henschel, which differed in suspension and road wheels. The set is aimed at exactly this transitional stage of production and replaces or completes details that plastic kits simplify.
Wash the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with cyanoacrylate glue. Finish the running gear and the interior features before the hull is closed; lay down a base coat before painting and build the weathering with a wash and pigments. Protect your airways while sanding.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
