Wash the mold release agent off the parts and separate them gently from the print supports; with elements this small, work with a sharp scalpel and take your time. Bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and do the sanding with respiratory protection. Pick out the hardware with metal shades and a dry brush; a fine wash adds the patina.
