This is not a kit of a vehicle but a diorama accessory from RT-Diorama in 1:35 scale. The set is aimed at pipework of the factory type, that is at runs of the kind that pass through a hall, a boiler house or the grounds of a refinery. The figure of 10 mm in the name gives the diameter the whole set is cut for.

What the accessory does in a scene

An industrial scene is not made of walls and a floor alone. It is only the technical runs above the heads of the figures that give halls their depth and explain to the viewer what the space was for. Pipework also creates natural horizontal and vertical lines with which a composition can be framed: a run led across the foreground separates the viewer from the main view and gives the scene a spatial layer the building itself never has.
