Wet, that is waterslide, decals in 1:35 scale from Star Decals. It is not a kit but standalone markings meant for your own model of the T-28 medium tank. The sheet holds Finnish national insignia and tactical symbols for the vehicles used by the Finnish army.
The Soviet multi-turreted T-28 medium tank came into Finnish hands mostly as captured equipment during the Winter War and the Continuation War. The Finns used it with their own hakaristi emblem and a characteristic multi-color camouflage scheme, which makes these vehicles among the most interesting subjects of the northern front of the Second World War.
Lay them onto a smooth gloss varnish, which will prevent silvering. Cut the decal out, soak it briefly in lukewarm water and slide it into place. A softening solution will help it settle into the detail, and finally even the whole out with a matte varnish and a patina.
This is an accessory, a decal sheet. The model of the tank, the paints and the varnish are not included in the package.
