Star Decals 1:35 Finnish Tanks in WW2 No. 6 - BT-5, BT-42, Pz IV J, ISU-152 is a sheet of waterslide decals with the markings of Finnish armor of the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
A sheet of classic wet, that is waterslide, decals in 1:35 scale from Star Decals. The sheet is devoted to Finnish armor of the Second World War and holds markings for the BT-5 tank, the BT-42 assault gun, the German Panzer IV Ausf J and the ISU-152 heavy self-propelled gun. It offers the Finnish emblems, tactical numbers, vehicle names and further lettering.
During the war the Finnish army used a varied mixture of captured Soviet vehicles, German deliveries and modifications of its own, which makes it one of the most interesting subjects for modelers. A characteristic feature is the blue Finnish hakaristi, a swastika used as a national emblem and unconnected with the Nazi symbol, together with the individual names of the machines. The sheet covers several different types of vehicle at once.
Lay the decals onto a smooth surface coated with a gloss varnish, so that no silvering effect appears under the film. Cut the motifs out close to the printing, dip them briefly in lukewarm water and slide them onto the model. To bed them onto the detail use a decal softener, and fix the finished markings with a matte varnish.
This is a standalone sheet of decals. The model, the paints and the varnish are not included in the package.
