The German 15 cm Heavy Infantry Gun Ammo Set is a set of scale ammunition in 1:35 for the German heavy infantry gun of 15 cm caliber.
Responsibility details are not available.
An add-on set of ammunition, not a standalone model. It contains scale shells and cartridge cases for the German heavy infantry gun of 15 cm caliber. It serves as a faithful completion of dioramas, of a gun crew or of the stowage spaces of vehicles; it is scale decoration without any function.
The German heavy infantry gun of 15 cm caliber (the sIG 33 type) was the heaviest infantry gun of its category in the Second World War. It gave the infantry direct as well as indirect fire support and was deployed both towed and on self-propelled chassis. Its massive ammunition is a rewarding detail for dioramas.
Clean the parts up from the sprue gates. Paint the cartridge cases in brass shades and the shells in a field finish with colored marking stripes. A fine wash and dry highlighting will emphasize the shape. Lay them out convincingly by the crew or in crates.
An add-on set of ammunition as scale decoration. The model of the gun, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
