This resin set from the Czech manufacturer Black Dog contains period German items of clothing and equipment from the Second World War in 1:35 scale, for example coats, tunics, blankets and individual pieces of kit. It serves to bring dioramas, vehicles and scenes to life, where loosely strewn clothing and equipment is arranged. It is not figures or a kit but a diorama detail set.
Clothing and equipment arranged about a scene give it life and a story, whether draped over a vehicle mount, stowed in a crate or dropped in a trench. It is exactly such small things that set an ordinary model apart from a striking diorama.
Wash the resin parts free of release agent and cut the casting blocks off carefully; do the sanding wet and with respiratory protection. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). You can bring textiles to life with matte paints, a fine dry brush to bring out the folds and a light patina with pigments.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted, as a resin accessory. Glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
