About product

German WWII equipment and grenades 1:35 (Firma49)

This is a resin accessory for figures and dioramas, not a model. The set brings German infantry equipment of the Second World War in 1:35 scale, including field mess tins, carrying boxes for machine-gun belts, cases for spare barrels and hand grenades. The parts are printed from resin on a 3D printer.

What it is for

Small equipment and gear give both figures and a scene scale and life. Boxes, grenades and field utensils placed around fill a diorama and create a convincing setting of a battlefield or a camp.

Fitting and painting tips

Before separating the parts from the print supports, dip them in hot water; the resin softens slightly and will not chip off. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Lay down a filler primer before painting; bring the field gray and the metal shades to life with a wash and a dry brush.

Who the set is for

  • Builders of Second World War dioramas in 1:35
  • Anyone interested in German infantry gear
  • Modelers working with 3D-printed resin

The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and figures are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
