The model faithfully captures a typical utility vehicle of the Japanese army of the Second World War and is well suited to being part of a diorama.
The Type 94 was a six-wheeled truck of the Japanese army taken into service in the 1930s. It was among the most widespread Japanese trucks of the Second World War and was used to carry people and materiel across a wide range of fronts. The vehicle existed in a canvas-cab as well as a hard-cab form.
We recommend starting with the chassis and the running gear, which are easier to paint before the body is closed. Work with thin cement for plastic. For a faithful look, the earthy base shades of the Japanese army suit well, complemented by dust and mud effects with washes and pigments. It is a good idea to weather the cab and the bed to suit the setting you have in mind.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
