An add-on photo-etched set for a model of the American off-road car Willys Jeep in 1:35 scale. It holds fine metal parts that replace or complete the less detailed parts of a kit, brackets, tie-down loops, grilles, buckles and small vehicle equipment for example.
The Willys MB, generally known as the Jeep, was a light off-road car of the US Army that became one of the symbols of the Second World War. It was built in large numbers, served for liaison, reconnaissance and transport, and the Allies used it on every front.
The parts are separated from the fret with a sharp knife, the thin elements are shaped with a bender and they are glued with super glue. It is a good idea to degrease bare metal before painting and to give it a base coat. Tweezers and a steady hand are recommended.
This is an accessory for a plastic kit. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
