A set of cast resin wheels from PANZER ART in 1:35 scale. This is not a model of the vehicle but a detail accessory for replacing the wheels in the plastic kit of the German Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz (KHD) 3000S truck. The casting captures the disc and the civilian, commercial tread of the tire, typical of vehicles in ordinary road use.
The KHD 3000S was a German truck with a diesel engine used by the Wehrmacht in the Second World War as a load carrier and as a chassis for bodies. The civilian tread of the tire matches vehicles committed mainly on made-up roads. Faithful wheels raise the realism of a model appreciably.
Wash the parts in warm water with detergent, cut off the casting blocks and smooth the surfaces; protect your airways while sanding. Glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Shade the tires with dust pigments and bring the tread out with a fine dry brush.
This is an accessory resin set, not a model of the vehicle. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
