A set of photo-etched parts from the Czech maker Eduard in 1:35 scale. It is not a standalone model but a detailing accessory for the plastic model of the French Leclerc main battle tank in the Serie 2 version. Etched sheet makes a faithful rendering of grilles, brackets, baskets and other thin features possible.
The Leclerc is a modern French main battle tank that entered service in the 1990s. It is marked by an autoloader, composite armor and high mobility. The Serie 2 version brought a range of improvements in equipment and electronics compared with the first batches.
The photo-etched parts are separated with a sharp knife, bent over a ruler or in a bending tool and glued with super glue. Degrease the sheet before painting and apply a primer. The fine baskets and grilles show to advantage once they have been brought out with a wash.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
