This is not a vehicle or aircraft kit but a detail accessory from the Czech maker Firma49: a resin 3D-printed model of the British Lee-Enfield No. 4 rifle in 1:35 scale. Fine printing faithfully captures the shape of the stock, the barrel and the sights. The weapon suits figures and military dioramas.
The Lee-Enfield No. 4 was the standard bolt-action rifle of the British army in the Second World War, in .303 British caliber, with a rotating bolt and a ten-round magazine. It was marked by its reliability and the speed of working the bolt, and it served long after the war as well.
Separate the part carefully from the casting blocks and wash it in lukewarm water with detergent. Use super glue for gluing, and do any sanding with respiratory protection. Paint the wooden parts in brown shades, the metal parts in dark steel, and bring them out with a fine wash.
The model contains only the resin weapon; paints, glue and figures are not included in the package.
