This injection-molded plastic kit captures the M1A1 FEP Abrams main battle tank in the version used by the Polish Army. The set in 1:35 scale comes from a detailed plastic mold and is completed by a decal sheet with Polish markings. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The M1A1 FEP (Firepower Enhancement Package) is an upgraded version of the proven American Abrams tank with an improved fire control system and second-generation thermal imaging, which allows effective fighting by day and by night. Poland took these tanks into service as part of strengthening its ground forces and operates them alongside newer Abrams machines. The vehicles carry the standard three-tone NATO camouflage.
On this vehicle, first assemble the running gear and the hull, and only then close up the superstructures. A primer and an airbrush make it easier to lay the camouflage colors on evenly. Lift the tracks and the lower areas with a wash and dust pigments, and match the metal surfaces and the gun barrel to references. Lay a gloss coat on the spots where the decals go.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
