An injection-molded plastic kit of the American M24 Chaffee light tank in 1:35 scale from the Italian manufacturer Italeri, in a boxing aimed at service during the Korean War. The kit is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The M24 Chaffee was an American light tank from the end of the Second World War armed with a 75 mm gun. Thanks to its low weight, good mobility and wide tracks it proved itself in reconnaissance and in infantry support. In the Korean War, United Nations units deployed the M24 in the early stages of the conflict, where it also faced heavier North Korean tanks. The vehicle stayed in service with a number of armies after the war as well.
Assemble the running gear and the lower hull first, and only then close up the upper parts. Cement the plastic with a thin glue and sand the joints. After the base color (primer), airbrush the olive green scheme and finish the model with washes, chipped edges and dust pigments for convincing weathering.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
