An injection-molded plastic kit of the American M3A1 Stuart light tank in 1:35 scale. The model captures the version with the turret without a commander's cupola. According to the manufacturer it contains a decal sheet for several marking options. The exact package contents are stated on the packaging.
The M3 Stuart was an American light tank introduced from the early 1940s and supplied to the Allies in large numbers. The M3A1 version brought a welded turret without a cupola, with a gun stabilizer in elevation. It was armed with a gun of 37 mm caliber and powered by an air-cooled engine, thanks to which it reached a decent speed. It served for reconnaissance and escort work on a number of fronts.
Finish the running gear and the tracks before closing the hull. Glue the plastic with thin modeling cement, even it out with primer and apply the paint with an airbrush. Bring the edges and the rivets out with a wash, and give the lower areas and the tracks dust pigments for realistic weathering.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
