A pair of figures in 1:35 scale from the first part of a numbered series for a smaller scene and for completing a display case. The data on two figures is carried by the name of the item.
Responsibility details are not available.
The data on two figures is part of the name, as is the order number one with which the series opens. The other parameters, that is the material, the height and the count of individual parts, do not figure in the name, so they are left aside here. Both figures are given in the 1:35 reduction, which goes with most kits of military equipment.
Two figures create a relation. The viewer follows where they are looking, whether they are talking to each other or passing each other, and the scene gains action by that. When placing them it pays not to put them on one line: one figure nearer, the other a little further off and slightly turned, so that a space arises between them for equipment or a detail of the terrain. That is exactly why such a pair is a good first step for anyone who has never built a scene: without architecture and extensive terrain a story arises from two bodies alone and the way they are turned.
Before you glue the figures permanently, try the arrangement dry on a piece of card and take a photograph of it; in a photograph a failed composition shows up sooner than on the table. Painting is more comfortable while both are separate from the base; you can spike the legs on a skewer for the time being. Differentiate the shades of the two uniforms slightly, so that the pair does not look like the same man twice.
