An injection-molded plastic set of four figures of contemporary Russian infantry in 1:35 scale from Zvezda. The figures are modeled in modern uniforms with a load carrying system and come with a set of weapons. The set is popular for portraying soldiers without identifying insignia, as scenes from recent conflicts show them.
The figures capture the modern Russian soldier: helmet, tactical vest and contemporary small arms. Several types of weapon are included, among them a submachine gun, a sniper rifle and a light machine gun, so a mixed squad can be built. The look matches the gear used over the last two decades.
Separate the parts and join them with liquid cement for plastic. Paint modern Russian camouflage patterns in layers, from the base tone to the details; bring out the skin and the gear with a dark wash and with a dry brush. The separately shaped weapons make painting easier.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Paints, glue and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
