A set of photo-etched brass additional parts for the American Cougar 6x6 MRAP protected vehicle in 1:35 scale. It is a detail accessory from Voyager Model with which you can add the small parts of the vehicle that plastic can only shape in a simplified way. It is not a kit of the vehicle. The manufacturer prepared it for the Meng SS-005 kit.
The Cougar is an American wheeled vehicle of the MRAP category, resistant to mines and improvised explosive devices. The longer three-axle 6x6 configuration offers greater carrying capacity; the V-shaped hull deflects the blast wave away from the crew and protects them in demanding conditions.
Carefully separate the fine photo-etched parts from the fret, bend the thin sections over a metal ruler and fix the joints with cyanoacrylate glue. Cut back the matching plastic details before fitting and level the surface. Lay down a primer before painting.
The set does not hold the model itself, glue or paints. It is meant for finishing and bringing out the detail of a kit you have already built.
