Eight German twenty-liter jerrycans in 1:35 scale. The highest number of pieces in one package of the whole group of vessels from this brand.

The German standard can of the 1930s is one of the few objects the losing side won. The pressed sides with their cross-shaped swage, the three handles side by side and the lever closure clamp turned out so well that the Allies copied it, and under a borrowed name it is in use to this day. On a model it is therefore universal: it belongs on German hardware, but once captured on Allied hardware too.
Eight pieces in one package is the highest number in the whole group of vessels from this brand. For anyone building vehicles it is practically a consumable: the cans fit onto a fender, into the brackets at the rear, onto the roof and among a load, and eight pieces will serve two or three builds.
One thing is worth thinking over when choosing. The brand also offers a variant with fewer pieces which adds decals with markings for the contents. If you need to tell fuel from water legibly, look for the one with decals. If you are after quantity and will draw the markings in yourself, this one clearly fits better.
When painting, set the cans apart in both shade and degree of wear, because eight identically painted pieces side by side give away a single mold at once.
When it is most useful: as soon as you are building several vehicles or a longer column. On a single display model most of the contents will stay unused, whereas across three builds in a row it will cover the need for a load almost entirely.
