Patriot painting masks – launcher on a 15 t chassis 1:35 from SX-Art are self-adhesive masks for spraying the surfaces of a model of the air defense missile system cleanly.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of self-adhesive painting masks cut to the shape of the parts of a model of the Patriot air defense missile system with its launcher on the chassis of a heavy 15 ton truck, in 1:35 scale. The masks serve for sharp spraying of the glazing of the towing vehicle, the lights and other areas with no laborious going over by hand. It is not a model and not paints, but a painting aid intended for models of this system.
The MIM-104 Patriot is an American mobile air defense and missile defense system. The launcher with its missile canisters is usually carried and deployed on the chassis of a heavy army truck; the form on the German 15 ton chassis is typical of the European users of the system.
Lift the mask off the backing, seat it exactly and press the edges down carefully so that no paint creeps under them. Spray in thin coats and peel the mask off while the last coat is still freshly dry, for the sharpest edge.
The paints and the model are not included in the package.
