The K2 is a modern South Korean main battle tank armed with a 120 mm smoothbore gun with an L/55 barrel length. The K2GF (Gap Filler) version is the initial configuration delivered to Poland straight from Korean production as a rapid replacement for equipment being withdrawn; Poland took over the first machines from 2022. The vehicle combines strong mobility, a modern fire control system and advanced crew protection. The Polish service version is usually completed with further protection and communications items according to the user's requirements.
Cut the parts from the sprues and glue them with thin cement for plastic; fit the flexible tracks according to the instructions and attach the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue. Paint the running gear and the lower areas before you finish the hull. Apply a primer and the paints with an airbrush; a present-day green or multicolor scheme suits modern equipment. Bring out the panel lines with a restrained wash and add modest dust on the running gear so that the model looks like a machine in active service.
