A dozen road wheels of the Centurion type for the Israeli heavy carriers and the engineer Puma in 1:35, with a QW covering template, for Hobby Boss kits.
Responsibility details are not available.
After entering Lebanon the Israeli army found that only a properly armored personnel carrier would withstand fighting in the alleys and among the ruins. It therefore reached for discarded hulls of British origin: it took off the turret, strengthened the sides and the roof and added positions for gunners to them. First the Nagmashot appeared, after it the Nagmachon with a conspicuous armored superstructure for firing into the upper floors, and finally the Puma, which the engineers took over for mine clearing and overcoming obstacles. The running gear with pairs of wheels on external walking beams remained common to all three machines, because on rubble and stony roads it had unambiguously proved itself.
The package covers both the left and the right side of the chassis and adds a QW covering template. The diameter of the hub and the spacing are reckoned for the shafts of Hobby Boss kits in 1:35, so nothing has to be drilled into the parts.
On these conversions the underside of the hull is covered only in part, and deposits of earth on a model usually build up just between the wheels. Seat them empty, therefore, level them into one plane and fix them only afterward. The terrain weathering is then done more easily, because you know exactly which surface will stay in the viewer's sight.
What suggests itself is a scene from the Lebanese border area, a column on a dusty road or a machine parked by a wall, where the running gear is visible along its whole length. It will do the same service in a display case, where the conversion is compared with the original British tank it came from.
