PANZER ART 1:35 Pz.Kpfw IID road wheels is a resin set of replacement road wheels for the German Pz.Kpfw. II Ausf. D light tank.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a resin detail set in 1:35 scale from PANZER ART. It is not a tank model but a set of replacement road wheels for the German Pz.Kpfw. II Ausf. D light tank. The wheels replace the plastic parts from the kit and add a more faithful texture to both the disc and the rubber tire band.
The Ausf. D version of the Pz.Kpfw. II light tank differed from the usual versions in having an entirely different running gear with large road wheels, closer to the later layout of half-track vehicles. Accurate replacement wheels are therefore a key recognition feature for this variant.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts and cut off the casting blocks. Bond the resin with super glue. Paint the rubber tire bands dark and the discs in the vehicle color, then complete the effect with mud and dust pigments where the wheel meets the track.
The detail set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
