A resin set of road wheels for the Sd.Kfz 254 in 1:35 scale from PANZER ART. It is not a model of the vehicle but a detail accessory for raising the fidelity of a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin detail accessory from PANZER ART in 1:35 scale. The set holds road wheels for the Sd.Kfz 254 artillery tractor, which was an unusual wheel-and-track design of Austrian origin. This is not a model of the vehicle but castings intended to replace the parts of a plastic kit and to raise the detail.
The Sd.Kfz 254 was a half-track, or rather a wheel-and-track, artillery tractor, which could run on the road on wheels and switch to tracks across country. It served above all as a tractor and as an artillery observation vehicle. Faithfully cast wheels with a matching tread and hubs are among the details that lift the look of a model markedly.
Wash the parts free of release agent, cut off the casting blocks and sand them with respiratory protection. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint the wheels separately, darken the rubber tires and once they are fitted use dust pigments for the effect of a clogged running gear.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
