This is not a model of the vehicle but a standalone casting of the rolled-up tarpaulin for the German light half-track carrier Sd.Kfz. 250 in the Alt version, that is the earlier one with the angular hull. The accessory captures the fabric in its rolled state, the way crews carried it along the hull.
The Sd.Kfz. 250 was a German light armored half-track of the Second World War deployed in many roles. The Alt version had the earlier angular hull. Rolled tarpaulins and gear along the hull are among the typical period details that bring a build to life.
Wash the mold release agent off the casting, cut off the casting block and fit it to the hull. Glue it with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and do the sanding with respiratory protection. The fabric folds stand out once a primer has been applied and, during painting, with highlighting, a wash and drybrushing.
