The M551 Sheridan was an American light airborne tank armed with a combined gun and guided missile launcher. In Vietnam crews strengthened the thinly armored vehicles on their own account, with layers of sandbags on the front of the hull as protection against mines and anti-tank rockets.
Wash the parts free of release agent, cut off the casting blocks and sand them with respiratory protection; glue them with super glue. Put a primer on and paint with an airbrush. A dry brush, dust pigments and earthy washes will bring the texture of the bags out.
This is a resin accessory, not a model of the vehicle in its own right. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
