This is a resin detail set, not a vehicle model. The set brings improvised armor of sandbags in the dense (heavy) variant, the kind crews piled up for added protection. You fit it to an already built model of the assault gun StuG III Ausf. F and give it a characteristic combat look.
Sandbags are a conspicuous element of improvised protection. The resin castings faithfully capture the sagging and the folds of the fabric as well as the way they were laid on the hull and the mantlet, which is hard to achieve with plastic parts.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut the casting blocks away and clean the seating surfaces up. Bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate), and sand resin with respiratory protection. Offer the parts up dry before gluing; the folds of the fabric stand out after a wash and drybrushing.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
