A set of six German standard jerrycans in the early rendering in 1:35 scale, according to the name for a model of the Sd.Kfz. 234 armored car.
Responsibility details are not available.
The German standard twenty-liter jerrycan is among the best known pieces of field equipment of the Second World War. You know it by the three handles side by side and by the cross-shaped pressing on the sides, which gives the vessel stiffness and leaves its contents room to expand. The three handles were no ornament: one soldier could thus carry two full cans at once, and a pair could pass the vessel between them without setting it down. The solution proved itself so well that the other side of the front took it up too.
The set holds six jerrycans in 1:35 scale in the early rendering and completes models of equipment on which carried reserves of fuel and water were a matter of course. The name links it with the heavy eight-wheeled reconnaissance armored car Sd.Kfz. 234, but it suits anywhere you want to bring a bed, a fender or a scene on a base to life. It is just the small equipment that decides whether a finished model looks like a vehicle in the field or like a clean exhibit.
Cut surplus material away with a sharp blade a little clear of the part and carefully sand off the remainder, leaving the pressings and handles sharp. Wash and degrease the parts before painting, and choose the glue according to the material given on the packaging. Check the placement first against a period photograph of the vehicle you are building; a loosely laid can looks convincing only where the vehicle had a bracket. Do not paint the jerrycans all alike: differing shades, rubbed spots on the edges and traces of field refilling will give the group life.
The set of jerrycans is supplied. The vehicle model, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
