It is not a model of the vehicle but an accessory matching the T51 type of track with rubber blocks; the individual metal links are threaded onto wire and create a workable track that will replace the original rubber or plastic tracks of the kit.
The M4 Sherman is an American medium tank of the Second World War, one of the most widespread tanks of its day. It served with the American army and with the Allies in many variants. The T51 type of track with a smooth rubber block was among the typical early types of Sherman track.
Clean the links of flash and join them with wire so that the track stays workable and sags naturally. Apply a primer and the base color to the metal; the rubber blocks can be suggested with a darker shade and a matte patina, and the metal guide teeth with wear down to bright metal.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
