Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Soviet GAZ-M1 passenger car in 1:35 scale from Zvezda. The model offers a body worked up in detail, a worked-up interior and engine and a hood that opens, so the power unit can be put on show. Decals for one version of the car are included.
The GAZ-M1, nicknamed the Emka, was a Soviet passenger car built at the GAZ works from 1936 to 1943. More than 60000 of them were made and they were used by civilian offices as well as the army. During the Second World War the GAZ-M1 served mainly as a staff and liaison car of Soviet commanders. In design it grew out of an American Ford built under license and became one of the most widespread Soviet automobiles of its day.
Spray the body of the car with an airbrush; a gloss finish suits civilian vehicles and more matte khaki shades the army ones. Work up the interior and the engine before the body is closed, and pick out the small fittings with washes. Glue the glazing with a glue for clear parts so that it does not go cloudy. For a realistic look add fine dust and mud pigments to the underside and the wheels.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
