Soviet Marines Attack 1941–1942 1:35 is a plastic figure set of Soviet naval infantry attacking on the Eastern Front.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic figure set in 1:35 scale captures Soviet naval infantry attacking in the years 1941 to 1942. The figures are rendered in dynamic attacking poses and together they make a convincing combat scene. The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted and suits Eastern Front dioramas.
The Soviet naval infantry committed to ground fighting in the early part of the war earned a reputation as a tenacious force. The figures carry the characteristic gear and weapons of that time and factually document the appearance of the fighters on the Eastern Front. The subject is treated neutrally, as a historical reconstruction.
Separate the parts cleanly from the sprue gates and glue them with liquid cement for plastic. The dynamic poses come out best when set into terrain with some rise and fall. Finish the uniforms with an airbrush and bring out the details with a dry brush; render the faces and hands with glazes of skin tones. Tie the weapons and the gear together with pigments and washes.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
