Small decorations and badges give sailors' uniforms an authentic look with no laborious hand painting. They suit figures and ship dioramas with a crew.
Separate the decal carefully and transfer it onto a painted, dried surface of the uniform. Once dry, the detail can be lightly unified with a varnish or a toning wash. It is not photo-etch and not resin, so handle the parts as delicate decals.
