Eduard 1:35 T-34/76 Model 1940 is a photo-etched detail set in brass for a model of the Soviet medium tank T-34/76 in the early 1940 version in 1:35 scale. An accessory, not a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A photo-etched brass set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard intended for detailing a model of the Soviet medium tank T-34/76 in the Model 1940 version in 1:35 scale. It is not a tank kit but a set of thin-walled photo-etched parts that replace or complement the coarser plastic features of a basic kit and give it a realistic appearance.
The T-34 was a Soviet medium tank of the Second World War that combined strong armor protection with sloped plating, good mobility and heavy armament. The Model 1940 version is one of the earliest production renderings and carried a 76 mm L-11 gun with a short barrel; later variants received the longer F-34 gun.
Photo-etched parts are separated with a sharp knife, shaped with a bending tool or a ruler and glued with cyanoacrylate. Thin features such as fenders, grilles or brackets look markedly more realistic in photo-etch than in plastic. Degrease the surface before painting and coat it with a primer.
This is a photo-etched detail accessory, not a standalone model. The basic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
