Tellermine 42 1:35 is a resin, 3D-printed set of German antitank mines of the Second World War. It serves as a detail accessory for dioramas, not as a kit of a vehicle.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set from Firma49 faithfully reduces the German Tellermine 42 antitank mine to 1:35 scale. It is a resin accessory made by SLA 3D printing with which you can dress engineer scenes, minefields or the loads on diorama vehicles. It is not a vehicle kit but a detail accessory.
The Tellermine 42 was one of the standard German plate-type antitank mines of the Second World War. Its round metal body with a pressure fuze on top held a strong charge able to knock out the running gear and even lightly armored vehicles. Mines of this type were laid in great numbers along the defensive lines of the Eastern and Western Fronts.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts, separate them from the print supports and join them with cyanoacrylate glue. Dipping them in hot water makes any work easier without crumbling. Apply a primer and then paint with ordinary colors, mostly in shades of German field gray or dark yellow. Washes and pigments complete the patina.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
