The figure 1:35 Ukrainian army soldier N°2 follows on from the first piece of the same designation. It is sold on its own, as a resin casting without paint. The two in the name is a sequence number, not a count of figures; there is one figure in the box.
As soon as two figures stand in a scene, a story starts to arise between them. They do not have to look at each other; it is often enough for one of them to react to something beyond the scene and the other to be turned elsewhere. That is exactly why the numbered pieces are bought as a pair: together they create a situation that a single figure cannot carry. A gap of two to three centimeters is usually more natural in 1:35 scale than standing them shoulder to shoulder.
Against injection-molded plastic the casting is harder and more brittle. Thin parts such as a barrel or a finger take little pressure, so handle them carefully and do not try to bend them. Remove the remains of the casting system with a fine-toothed saw rather than by snapping. Do not breathe in the dust from sanding and wipe the work surface down with a damp cloth afterwards. Use cyanoacrylate glue to join the parts and fill the gaps with putty.
