Responsibility details are not available.
A set of two unpainted figures in 1:35 scale cast in resin. It captures a pair of gunners working the machine gun in the doors of a helicopter. The manufacturer is Bravo 6, a brand known for the elaborate sculptural workmanship of its figures. It is an accessory to a model of a helicopter or for a diorama, not a kit of the machine on its own. Unlike another set from the same manufacturer, the weapon mount is not included in this package, so the figures suit scenes where the mounting is already solved by the model of the machine.
Both figures have a flight helmet with a flip-down visor and ballistic chest armor. One of them is dressed in field uniform, the other in a flight suit of fire-resistant fabric. The first figure is sculpted in a pose at the machine gun, the second leans out of the door as if watching soldiers boarding or getting out or guiding the pilot on the approach. The pair therefore gives a scene legible action even without further accessories.
Wash the parts in lukewarm water with detergent, cut the casting blocks off, sand the surfaces and protect your airways while sanding resin. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Apply a primer before painting. Work the helmet and the visor up separately: the visor looks best with a smooth gloss surface and fine toning. The fire-resistant flight suit has a subdued matte shade, and the chest armor tends to be markedly scuffed - use a dry brush and fine chipping. Always try the figure in the door opening of the model before you glue it on for good.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
