The set brings a complete color interior for the heavy Voroshilovets artillery tractor in 1:35 scale. These are 3D-printed, fully colored details printed on backing decal paper, complemented by several 3D-printed resin parts. It is neither a photo-etched set nor ordinary marking decals, but three-dimensional color decals that transfer the instruments, panels and cab equipment with realistic depth and color.
The Voroshilovets was a Soviet heavy tracked artillery tractor of the Second World War period, intended for towing heavy guns and for vehicle recovery. Its sturdy cab and working interior offer rewarding room for detailing that otherwise calls for the laborious painting of tiny instruments.
Cut the part out, soak it in lukewarm water for about fifteen seconds and slide it off the backing paper into place. It has no adhesive layer of its own; it holds on a surface coated with gloss varnish, and on a broken-up shape a drop of super glue helps; on a matte base it would not hold. Do not use a decal softener or a decal fixer, as the chemicals attack the printed resin. The resin parts are washed free of residue before use and glued with super glue, working with tweezers.
This is an accessory for detailing an interior, not a vehicle model. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
