The sheet in 1:35 scale opens a range devoted to the war in the Transcaucasus and concentrates on the armored vehicles of both sides, Georgian and Abkhazian. The conflict of the 1990s is interesting for a modeler precisely because of the equipment: both sides reached for what was left to them from the Soviet army, and often supplemented the machines with improvised modifications and disparate coats of paint.
The elements are not tied to a single type of vehicle, so they can be divided between several models of armored equipment of Soviet design. It is precisely the markings that, with machines from this conflict, place a model and set it apart from an ordinary Soviet build. The breakdown of the variants and the exact placing of the elements on a model are given in the instructions supplied with the sheet.
Cut an element out close to the printing and soak it for a few seconds in lukewarm water. As soon as it begins to slide freely over the backing paper, transfer it onto a smooth, glossy and degreased surface. Press the excess water out with a soft cloth, help matters with a softener in the broken places, and once it has dried go over the area with varnish, so that the edges of the carrier film disappear.
The sheet will be appreciated by builders of ground equipment in 1:35 scale who are looking for a less usual theme than the great conflicts. A model, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
