A set of German fuel drums of the Second World War in 1:35 scale is an accessory for period dioramas, supply scenes and vehicle stowage.
Responsibility details are not available.
This item is NOT a vehicle model but a set of accessory equipment. It contains models of German fuel drums of the Second World War period in 1:35 scale, usually completed with small fittings such as pumping gear and buckets. The drums will bring supply and field scenes as well as vehicle stowage to life.
200 liter steel drums served to carry and store fuel both in the rear and at the front. The cylindrical containers with their hoops and bungs were an indispensable part of the supply of motorized and armored units. Scattered around refueling points and depots, they help create the atmosphere of a battlefield.
Glue the drums and distinguish them by color according to their contents. Heavy rust, battered hoops, fuel streaks and lettering will give the containers a realistic worn look. It is a good idea to combine standing and lying drums and to add pools of spilled fuel.
This is accessory equipment, not a stand-alone model. Paints, glue and vehicles are not included in the package.
