1:350 Passengers Figures 1920 is a color photo-etched set of passenger figures from the 1920s for ocean liners in 1:350 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard holds color-printed photo-etched figures of passengers in the period dress of the late 1910s and the 1920s. It is not a ship model and not a kit, but an accessory meant to bring life to the decks of ocean liners and passenger ships in 1:350 scale. Color finish means the figures are printed at the factory, so once cut free they can be fitted with practically no painting.
The era around 1920 belongs to the golden age of transatlantic shipping. Passengers in the saloons and on the promenade decks wore formal dress: long gowns and hats for the ladies, suits and overcoats for the gentlemen. Figures of exactly this kind give dioramas of the great liners their sense of scale and life.
Separate the photo-etched figures from the fret carefully with a sharp knife and make the small bends with tweezers. Attach them to the deck with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The color print needs at most a local touch-up and sealing with a matte varnish.
This is an add-on photo-etched set of figures, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
