PLAN Type 091 Han Class Submarine is a plastic kit of the Chinese nuclear attack submarine in 1:350 scale from the manufacturer Hobby Boss.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit captures the Chinese nuclear attack submarine of the Han class (Type 091) in 1:350 scale. The model has a full-hull version with engraved detail and is complemented by photo-etched parts for the propeller and the nameplate, a stand with a nameplate and decals. Paints and glue are not included, unless stated otherwise.
Type 091, in the Western designation the Han class, was the first class of nuclear attack submarines of the PLA Navy. The first boat of this class entered service in the 1970s, the last at the turn of the 1980s and 1990s. These were pioneering vessels with nuclear propulsion, which laid the foundation of the Chinese nuclear submarine fleet.
Line the halves of the hull up and sand the seams smooth. Fix the photo-etched propeller and the nameplate with super glue. We recommend a two-tone naval scheme with a dark upper surface, and accent the edges and the sail with dry brushing; place the nameplate on the stand after painting.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
