How to work with them

First cut the motif out with a small margin and try the placement; only then fix it down. On a vertical surface it looks better when you do not place it exactly in the middle. Credibility is helped by a slight waviness of the surface, a torn corner and a light layer of dust along the bottom edge. The strength of the printing can be muted with a very fine breath of a subdued color, so that the advertisement does not look freshly pasted up. Remember that in a winter scene the bottom of a surface tends to be the dirtiest.
